To comfortably enjoy the surroundings, go shopping, and move freely, it is highly recommended to have your own vehicle. 📅 Rental conditions (Exclusive from September 1st to June 30th) • Monthly rent: €700. • Deposit: €700 (returned at the end of the contract if the property is in good condition). • First month's rent (September): €700. • No agency fees for the tenant. • Utilities: Water, electricity, and internet bills to be paid by the tenant (payment according to consumption). • Final cleaning: The tenant must leave the property clean and tidy.
