The plot is included within the delimitation of the urban land of the PG. The applicable regulations that are especially worth mentioning are those contained in titles VI, VII and VIII of the urban planning regulations (hereinafter, NNUU) of the PG regarding general ordinances, and in articles 209 to 2013 and 214 to 218, specifically, of title IX of the UN of the PG, as well as the provisions of the planning plans of the aforementioned PG.

3rd REGIME OF USE
As defined in articles 192 to 198 of the PG regarding the general designation of uses as specific regulations, the provisions of articles 213 to 218 apply for multi-family or single-family typologies respectively. By virtue of all this, along with the dominant residential use, the following uses are compatible: Commercial in the basement, ground and first floors. Hotelier on all floors. Offices on the ground and first floors. Sociocultural, workshop, crafts, garages, parking, teaching, health, care and recreation only on the ground floor and as long as they are not qualified activities.
